Overview: The client wanted me to create an email article that would best explain the recent updates in state legislation surrounding new home builds in New York State in a way that wouldn’t overwhelm their audience. The client wanted me to share information in a neutral and unbiased way from a voice that was meant to educate with facts and not opinions.
